Kitchen area with microwave, fridge, air fryer, kettle and toaster. Small dining table.

Double bedroom with walk in wardrobe.

Electric heating to be paid by tenant. Wifi and all other utilities included.

We are a working couple whose children have recently left home and are finding the house bigger than our needs. We are looking to rent on a Monday to Friday basis, however the annexe is for the tenants sole use and belongings can be left over weekends.
