The furnished accommodation includes:

A double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and storage
A comfortable TV and armchair area
A private shower room and loo
A breakfast room equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and washing machine

The cooker in the main house kitchen is available for cooking. The accommodation has its own private front entrance, as well as direct access to the shared kitchen.

Swavesey is a friendly village with convenient access to the A14 and M11, the Guided Busway and Park & Ride, making Cambridge, Huntingdon and onward travel to London easily accessible.

Hi, I’m Kate, the owner and live-in landlady. In case it isn’t clear from the advert, I live in the adjoining main house. You will have private use of the rooms described above, while the main kitchen will be shared with me.
