I am looking for clean and friendly housemate to share this beautiful house in trumpington. Its a semi-detached property with a beautiful garden and garage, It is in trumpington meadows and the exclusive cycle path means it is just 20 min to city centre. Its ideal to live here in a lockdown kind of scenario as it is next to the nature reserve :). Trumpington park and ride is just 5 min walk from the house. We have a Sainsburys local 5 min walk away and a big Waitrose 10 min walk away. Cambridge biomedical campus/Addenbrookes hospital just 20 min walk/10 min cycle.

There is living room and kitchen/dining, one lavatory in the ground floor and toilet/bath in the first floor. First floor also has 2 bedrooms. Plenty of storage space available. You will be sharing the house just with me and I work as a scientist. I am a clean individual and would like to keep the house that way. I am open-minded, easy going and friendly. I am quite laid back and always up for a conversation but also respectful of your personal space.

Mon-Fri let will also be considered
