Large clean, bright, fully furnished first floor double room in a three bed house share with additional built in storage space. Located in Trumpington, a 10 minute cycle (30 minute walk) to central Cambridge and Central Cambridge train station, 2 minute cycle (6 min walk) to Cambridge South Station, and a 7 minute cycle (20 minute walk) to Addenbrooke's and Royal Papworth Hospitals. This great sized double room is part of a house share with 2 other people; I am a 33 year old doctor and my housemate Lucy is a 30 year old Nurse working at Addenbrooke's Hospital. We are looking for another to join us in this well located, large, clean house with garden and parking facilities. The house is well sized with a single, but spacious and light, shared bathroom with both bath and shower built in. There is a large kitchen and separate dining and sitting rooms. The kitchen has an electric oven with gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. The garden has a sitting/patio area with second gravel area and secure shed for bike storage at the end. The council tax is band D, which works out as £82 per month each. The other bills (wifi, electricity, gas/heating and water) are expected to be approximately £60-100 per month altogether, depending on the time of year.
