Room in family home near to Addenbrooke's

Furnished single room in a new development close to Addenbrooke's Hospital and Biomedical Campus and adjacent to a nature park. Excellent cycling and pubic transport routes into the City with e-bike/scooter station nearby. There is also on-street parking available. We are close to a modern community centre with a library and cafe and two mini supermarkets.

The home includes two bath/shower rooms, one that is used by the family and the other with priority for the lodger. There is also a third toilet available.

There is a shared living room and kitchen. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, double oven and gas hobs. There is also an under-counter fridge for use by the lodger.

We are a family of four, with two professionals, two children (aged 12 and 15) and also two friendly cats. We have enjoyed hosting lodgers from a range of backgrounds over many years. We are an active family who enjoy outdoor activities but also theatre and history.

We are looking for a non-smoking person who is friendly, clean and tidy.
