Peaceful room with own bathroom for rent

Hello, Im 25 and I'm looking for a lodger in the spare room of my property until the end of September/October. Im not too picky on what you do as long as you're hygienic and respectful.

I stay in the en-suite room, so you will have a bathroom to yourself unless guests are over.

I can't lie I have friends over to watch the football on occasion. other than that there wont be much noise or anything that will disturb you

The apartment is a 5 minute walk from shops, the guided busway (takes you directly to Addenbrookes, the station and city centre) and the new Cambridge south which is closed to being fully developed.

There is a nice nature reserve directly across from the building and its also located close to the hospital.

Also have 1000 download speed internet when connected to wired.
