Hey there! I’ve got a bright, comfy room available for a short stay from May 17 to June 7, 2025 (ideally for at least 2 weeks). It’s a great spot for a professional looking for a quiet place to work or unwind. It’s perfect if you’re house-hunting for something long-term in Cambridge – I know how tricky that search can be around here!

# About the House

You’ll have access to:

- Two shared bathrooms
- A kitchen with all the essentials: microwave, kettle, oven, fridge, toaster
- A washing machine and dryer
- A nice backyard where you can park a bike or fire up the BBQ if you fancy
- All bills are covered – Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, water.

# The Location

Trumpington’s a lovely, quiet area with everything close by:

- A 2-minute walk to the Bus 7 stop (gets you to central Cambridge in 15-20 minutes)
- A cycle path right by the Guided Busway – just a 10-minute ride to Cambridge Central Station
- A local shops (Sainsbury and Nisa local) 10 minutes’ walk away, and a big Waitrose in about 15 minutes

# Who’s in the House?

You’ll be sharing with my housemate, a friendly doctor who works long hours (including nights), so she’s hardly around. The house is usually super peaceful, and I’m looking for a female professional to keep things comfortable and relaxed. No smoking or pets, please.

# Details

- Rent: £250/week, all bills included
- Minimum stay: 2 weeks
- Deposit: £200 (returned within a week after you leave, as long as everything’s in good shape)
- Dates: I’m flexible within May 17–June 7. I’ll be off on vacation, so we’d need to meet up beforehand to go over a simple agreement.
- Viewings: I can show you around any day before I head out – just let me know what works!
