Hi everyone! My housemate is moving out at the end of July and I need to find two new tenants to fill the double and single rooms of my house.
About me: I have lived in Cambridge for more than five years, and I work as a scientist at the university.
The house is a fully furnished property in Trumpington, less than a 10-minute cycle from the hospital. Medics/university employees have lived here for the last 4/5 years. The landlord is very friendly and works for the university.
About the house - it has:
• 2 large double bedrooms (including mine)
• 1 single room
• 2 toilets (one with a bath/shower)
• Fully furnished throughout
• Council tax band C
The double room: £650 pcm, bills not included
The single room: £500 pcm, bills not included
