Hi I am looking for a lodger for a short/long term let. Mon-Fri let will be considered. The room is now furnished with a standard double bed and a work desk.
The flat is under good condition. It is a 8 to 10-minute walk to Cambridge South train station. 10 to 15-minute walk to Addenbrookes/biomedical campus; a 30-minute walk to Cambridge train station/AstraZeneca/Cambridge University Press.
The city centre is about 15 minutes away by cycling or you can take guided bus A or PR4.
A parking space is available.
