Double Ensuite in Trumpington

My old flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for a new flatmate to come live with me on the top floor 3 bed flat in Trumpington! It’s a modern flat 1 min walk away from bus stop and 10 min walk away from Waitrose and Sainsbury’s.

There’s an option of two rooms:

Room 1 is available from October 27th. Current rent is £680 + bills. Double room with separate private bathroom and bathtub outside of the room. An option of having a separate study room as well!

Room 2 is available from November 27th. Spacious double en-suite bedroom with private bathroom. Current rent is £720 + bills.

Bills will fluctuate during winter but ranges between £130 - £150 per month (this includes council tax, water, energy and wifi). Shared kitchen, washing machine, dish washer and lounge with flatmates. We have a secure bike shed outside the building and allocated parking spot.

The flat is unfurnished as the tenant moving out is taking most of the furnitures so we will need to work together to get the flat furnished :)
