Large double room in a friendly house share

A spacious double room on the ground floor, fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, bedside table and under‑bed storage. You’ll share a bathroom with just one other housemate.

The house has a relaxed, social feel. There’s a shared lounge where people sometimes watch TV together, and a big kitchen that naturally becomes a spot for chatting while cooking or making a cup of tea. Every now and then there’s a casual pub trip, but nothing pressured — just an easygoing, friendly atmosphere.

A few housemates are moving out over the next month, so we’re looking for new people who’ll fit into the sociable, welcoming vibe. Everyone here has different hobbies, interests and jobs, making it a varied and open household.

• Short cycle to Cambridge South
• Around 10 minutes by bike to Cambridge Station and 12 into town
