Large double room on first floor of modern house: windows on two sides (dual aspect) so very bright; has its own patio; has floor to ceiling mirrored built in double wardrobe; comes furnished as shown in photos, but flexibility over which bits of small furniture.

All bills, including council tax and wifi, included.

There is a long driveway so parking for two cars available.

Shared main bathroom and also downstairs toilet. Living room is not shared (I WFH a number of days a week and the living room is my office - I work in university admin and am a Cambridge alum) but ground floor kitchen and diner, which also has a sofa, is shared and can function as living room.

Kitchen has washing machine and dishwasher.

House is peaceful and comfortable and would ideally suit a professional or postdoc or phd student working at the Biomedical Science Campus or mature student.

While I'm technically a live in landlord, the house would operate as a shared space - both peaceful and private and social and comfortable - and the occupant will help shape things so that it is a home to us both. All are welcome, e. g., non-British or LGBT but no pets!

The house is a short 5 minute walk to the Trumpington Park and Ride for regular and easy access to the Centre of Town, it is also close to the guided busway and the traffic free cycle route that provides into town. The house is about a mile from the Cambridge South Train Station and its access to London.
