Spacious double in friendly house share

A light and spacious double room with ensuite, furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, shelves, hanging rail and bedside table. Bills (including council tax and wifi) are included.

The house is large and well equipped for seven, with:
- a designated laundry room, with two washing machines, a tumble dryer and drying racks
- a large kitchen, with two ovens, two hobs, three fridges, two freezers, and a kitchen table that sits eight
- a living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a TV
- a small spare room

The house has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with plenty of opportunities to socialise with the other housemates while also being able to do your own thing. From time to time a few of the housemates like to go for a casual pub trip, but there's no pressure to join!

A few of us are moving out around the same time due to exciting new life circumstances, so there will be a second room available at the same time as this one; we're happy to show both rooms so that you can decide which would suit you better.

The house is very close to the park and ride (around a three minute walk), and it's an easy journey to town or Cambridge station by bike or bus.
