A bright double room available in a friendly 7 person house share!

The room is fully furnished (double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe) and has plenty of storage space. The room is £650 a month including all bills and shares a bathroom with 2 other housemates.

The house is well equipped for a 7 people, with a large kitchen (2 hobs, 2 ovens), a laundry room (2 washing machines and a drier) and plenty of space for everyone.

The house is located just a few minutes walk from Trumpington Park and Ride and the guided bus way making it really easy to get into town or Addenbrookes.

A few rooms are becoming available as some of us are moving onto new things so we are looking for some lovely new housemates to join those that are staying. The house has been so so loved by those living here and we are hoping to find some friendly, easy going and sound housemates who want to get involved in house life - whether that’s watching TV together or heading to the local for a few. I’ve made some of my best friendships in this house and hoping to find someone who will enjoy it as much as I have.
