We are looking to rent out two bedrooms within our large 4 bed property, we are only filling two of the bedrooms to allow our tenants space and privacy. The remaining bedrooms will stay empty.

We have a double bedroom and a large king master room each with their own bathroom. The master room has a ensuite and dressing room but the double room has it's own bathroom next to the bedroom, it also has a large built in wardrobe which provides plenty of storage. Each room is at the end of the hallway so the rooms are not next to each other. One of the empty rooms in between is being used as a snug, and there is a large lounge / dining room to give plenty of private space within the home. There is a good sized kitchen diner with dishwasher, and laundry room with white goods included. The property is otherwise furnished.

There is a large patio and lawn at the front and back which is maintained by a gardener, south facing garden. There is a hallway with large cupboard for storage, coats and shoes.

My wife and I live on site in an annex that we downsized into, we share the drive but do not live within the main house so the space is private. We are looking to rent to two professional people and we'll happily wait for the right applicants to live alongside each other. We will consider hiring a cleaning lady to assist with keeping the place nice, and will consider pets on an individual basis.
