Hi, My Wife and I are looking to provide 2 tenants with spacious comfortable personal areas, a large lounge and garden. All of which you will have the exclusive use of, in a full separated large residence. The " Wansford Haven ", is a peaceful well established cul de sac, within an old stone village. With pubs, post office, a fine old Inn, small restaurants, bridge, and river with kayaking. And a forestry trust, with protected flowers, and miles of walk within 500 metres. Both areas are licensed usually monthly, with a half a month deposit. All electricity, water and Council Tax is included.

The shared lounge area with TV , fast fibre Wi Fi, newly carpeted and refurbished, is all for your exclusive use, when you are in. All services and central heating are included, with local fast attention as needed via a mobile call. The public areas are cleaned through once a week.

Of the two sets of rooms, one has two large rooms. c. 3.5 m square. Its own dedicated shower room. Priced the same, the other has a slightly larger single bedroom and ensuite shower room. Both have good storage and clothes hanging areas. Further storage of boxed items is possible.

Each room is at the end of the upper corridor. The 2 guest areas are not adjoining. A private rooms reserved for Landlord and storage is mid corridor.

There is a wide patio and lawn and flower beds, at the back . The whole garden South facing garden is maintained. Its has a Bar BQ , and shed / storage area for bikes, sports kit.

This location has easy travel to Peterborough, the hospital and trainline ( 48 minutes to Kings Cross ). Stamford is 10-15 minutes away a famed ancient stone built town. Voted the best place to live in England, Regional Arts Centre, music, night life ,buildings used for Jane Austen films. Uppingham , Oundle and Oakham, also fine old market towns within c. 30 minutes. Cambridge and Leicester c. 45-55 minutes away, train links OK.
