Lovely share house in village near Cambridge

Hello, I am renting out my own house at the lovely village of Waterbeach near Cambridge. I spent the past 4 years renovating the house to a comfortable place ideal for peaceful living and remote working - vinyl flooring, newly renovated bathroom, fast full fibre internet, ergonomic standing desks.

Waterbeach has very good railway connection to Cambridge station (10min), Addenbrookes Biomedical Campus @ Cambridge South (15min) and London Kings cross (1hr). Driving to Cambridge science park is 10-15 min.

There will be at most 2 adults living in the house. As a live out landlord, I will keep one single room to myself for storage and may stay over occasionally with prior notice. I'm looking for 2 working professionals or PhD students to take my 2 double rooms for £800/m each.

A couple is welcomed to take both rooms and use one room as office/spare room for £1500/m in total.

All bills are included, gas+electricity+water+council tax+internet+TV licence
Bedroom 2 hasn't got a bed yet. The incoming lodger is welcomed to purchase one with their own liking.

The house has a full amenity kitchen, a spacious living room and a garden. A dedicated parking space is available, as well as plenty of on-street parking.
