A bright, comfortable furnished double room available in a lovely, modern and well-kept home in Waterbeach.

The house is shared only with me. I work remotely for a charitable organisation based in London and also travel fairly regularly. I am friendly and sociable, while also enjoying my own space, and I am looking for a professional flatmate who is clean, tidy and considerate.

The bathroom will be used almost exclusively by the tenant, and you will have full use of the spacious living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

The house is conveniently located close to Waterbeach railway station and a nearby bus stop for the 100 bus into Cambridge city. There is also space to securely keep a bicycle, as well as parking available.

I also have a very friendly cat called Ralph, so you will need to be comfortable living with a cat.

Rent & deposit

* £700 per month, including bills
* £700 deposit, equivalent to one month’s rent
* £100 non-refundable room reservation payment, which is deducted from the first month’s rent
