Extremely comfortable double room in friendly house in Waterbeach.

Great communal areas too!

A few mins walk to Waterbeach train station (and then 3 mins to Cambridge North, 6 mins to Cambridge, 9 mins to Ely and an hour to London Kings Cross).
Also very close to local pubs/shops/take-aways. There's even a coffee shop, gym, two wine bars and bistro (in the village, not in the house) :)

Good transport links to A10, A14, M11 and very convenient for Science, Business and Research Parks.

The room would suit a professional person, preferably sociable with a good sense of humour.

The house is well equipped with Superfast Fibre Broadband, wifi, UHD flat screen, washer/dryer, and pretty much everything else! (Including ample free parking spots if needed).

Situated in a remarkably quiet and safe neighbourhood, in a village with great amenities, just a stone's throw away, it's much more than just a place to live!

We prefer to keep the place clean and tidy. We all get on well and respect each other (and each other's privacy) and we'd be looking for a housemate who is easy going and equally sociable and respectful.

You could expect a relaxed and convivial environment in a place you could call home!
