One fully furnished double room available on the top floor of a modern, 3-floor house. I am a female live-in landlord and there will be one other female lodger who has lived here for 6 months. You will both have a bathroom and floor all to yourselves, as I have my own ensuite. The downstairs toilet, kitchen, living area and garden are shared between all occupants.

Room available to female professionals and graduate students only. No couples, no pets and no smokers.

Quiet and peaceful residential area. Plenty of on- and off-street parking, including 3 visitors' parking spaces shared between neighbours.

Bills included: Electricity, gas, water, council tax, unlimited high speed fibre optic broadband/WiFi, TV licence, SKY TV + Cinema, bimonthly window cleaning, front of house maintenance, and some shared household items and toiletries.

Fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, tumble dryer, two fridges, freezer, dishwasher and stunning quartz stone worktop extended with breakfast bar.

Garden includes shed for storing bicycles. I have one extra bike that lodgers can use if they so wish.

A bit about the live-in landlord: I currently work in life science consulting/market research, and I work from home typically 3 days a week, commuting to London twice a week. I completed my PhD in Virology at the University in 2021/2022, and I was previously at the University of Bristol and Imperial College London, where I received my BSc in Microbiology and MSc in Molecular Medicine respectively.
In my spare time I like to play and compose music (I play the drums and piano, but both electronic with headphones on so there is minimal noise!), photography and video games. I am friendly, clean, and so is my household!
