One fully furnished double room available on the top floor of a modern, 3-floor house. I am a female live-in landlord who has lived here since 2017, and there will be one other female lodger who has lived here for almost 2 years. You will both have a bathroom and floor all to yourselves, as I have my own ensuite. The downstairs toilet, kitchen, living area and garden are shared between all occupants.
We also have a cat called Ezra, so you must be a cat lover with no cat allergies :)

Quiet and peaceful residential area. Plenty of on- and off-street parking, including 3 visitors' parking spaces shared between neighbours.

Furniture in the bedroom: double ottoman bed with large storage space underneath, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and mirror (some not yet shown in photos).

Bills included: Electricity, gas, water, council tax (Band D), unlimited high speed fibre optic broadband/WiFi, TV licence, SKY TV + Cinema, bimonthly window cleaning, front of house maintenance, and some shared household items and toiletries.

Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridges, freezer, dishwasher and stunning quartz stone worktop extended with breakfast bar.

Garden includes a shed for storing bicycles. I have one extra bike that lodgers can use if they so wish.

A bit about the live-in landlord: I currently work as a Business Consultant for a wealth management firm, working either from home or occasionally travelling for work. I completed my PhD in Virology at the University of Cambridge in 2021/2022, and I was previously at the University of Bristol and Imperial College London, where I received my BSc in Microbiology and MSc in Molecular Medicine respectively.
In my spare time I like to play and compose music (I play the drums and piano, but both electronic with headphones on so there is minimal noise!), photography, video games, playing with my cat Ezra, reading, learning Mandarin and going to the gym. I am friendly, clean, and so is my household!
