A large double room has become available in a shared house with 3 other tenants in Werrington Centre.

The room is furnished as seen in the photos. The double bed has a brand new memory foam mattress topper and is very comfortable. The room overlooks a tree lined path to a lake. The shared kitchen and dining room is nicely furnished and well equipped. You’d share 50% of a fridge freezer and have cupboard space just for you in both the kitchen and the bathroom.

A short walk away is Werrington Centre with a Tesco, Dominoes, Chemist, Cafe, Chinese takeaway, fish and chip shop among the retail outlets. There is also a bus stop with regular busses to the city and beyond.

The current tenants are professionals and have been living there for over a year minimum and two of them for several years. Whilst in general they like to keep themselves to themselves they are polite if met in the shared areas.
