The property has a large kitchen, garden, roadside parking (private road), use of a garage and use of a conservatory a. k. a yoga space!

Wilburton village is located 5 miles from Ely, 12 miles from Cambridge. There is a garden centre with a cafe around the corner, a great Indian restaurant within walking distance from the house, a village beer festival in the summer (also within walking distance) and bonfire/fireworks for Guy Fawkes night.
I'm looking for a professional or post-grad student who is tidy, clean, considerate, friendly and can tolerate two cats :-)
