I have a double room available for rent from Mon-Fri for single occupant only, sorry no couples. Female preferred. Large room with king sized bed. Smart television with Netflix, etc. En suite with toilet, wash basin and new shower.. My preferred tenant would be a quiet, professional non smoker. Live in landlord. At present there is no access to the kitchen, but I could provide meals for a small extra cost.
