Double Room in Witchford (near Ely)

Hi,

I have a large double furnished room available in a 3 bedroom house in Witchford. The house and garden are both strictly no smoking, vaping or drug taking. There are no other persons living at the property, however I have a second bedroom that may become available to let in the future. I only stay at the house myself about one week a month.

The lodger will have access to the kitchen, bathroom/wc, additional wc and garden. The living room is being decorated and is not currently available for use, but will be in the future. I am unable to offer garage space, but can offer off-road parking for one vehicle if needed, and a space in the shed for a bicycle. The house has gch. There is full-fibre wifi available. There is a garden to the back and front of the property.

I am looking for someone who speaks English to a good standard. They must be able to keep their room and the other parts of the house that they use to a high standard of cleanliness at all times. Sorry but no couples. Guests may stay over by arrangement.

Witchford is situated approximately 2.5 miles from Ely and 15 miles north of Cambridge. There are good road links to the A142 and A10. The bus service isn't frequent.

The Property is Council Tax Band C.

I have many years experience of letting rooms and several past lodgers remain very good friends of mine. You will hopefully find me easy to get along with 😉.

Rental of the room is for a minimum period of 3 months.
