Double Room in Witchford (nr Ely)

Hi,

I have a double room available to let in a 3 bedroom house in Witchford.

I am looking for someone who is honest, reliable, tidy, and employed. The room is for one person only (not a couple). Sorry but no students.

Witchford is a village situated approximately 2 miles from Ely, 15 miles north of Cambridge.

The room is furnished.

The tenant will have access to the kitchen, bathroom/wc, additional wc and garden. The lounge is in the process of being decorated and is not currently available to tenants but will be shortly. I am unable to offer garage space, but can offer off-road parking for one vehicle.

The house has gas central heating. Fibre Optic Wireless broadband is available.

The house and garden are both strictly non-smoking areas.

I am the landlord, though I am rarely at the property as I am mainly living elsewhere. I have many years experience of letting rooms and several past tenants remain very good friends of mine.

Standard tenancy is for a minimum of 2 months. All bills are included in the price stated in this advert.
