Room to rent in Guernsey

This is an ensuite attic room on the edge of St. Peter Port, a 20 minute walk to the seafront. All housemates are young professionals working for Deloitte, however, several individuals are moving out, so housemates are welcome from across a wide range of occupations. The house contains a large communal garden, and large kitchen/living room with a TV. There is room for two cars on the drive. There is also a shared shower room, however, the room comes with its own toilet and large shower. The Landlord has recently undertaken some refurbishments, with a new oven fitted within the last month. The tenancy agreement is usually for 12 months, but this can potentially be negotiated with the landlord. Individuals are preferred, however, couples are welcome to look around, with any final agreement coming with the landlord.
