The house is within walking distance for all the employers in the Birchwood and Risley areas with Birchwood Shopping Centre, Birchwood train Station and a Leisure complex a mere 8 minute walk away. There are also restaurants and takeaways near by. Good transport links with Birchwood Train Station as previously mentioned in walking distance and the motorway only a few minutes drive away. Warrington town centre is a short drive away.
