nice area. Private residence -c. r. b'ed live-in landlord (semi anyway)- rarely over night, Mainly empty.
for single working occupant. refs preferred. wi-fi ,very quiet, always bathe at parents house (across road) or at gym and mostly I eat and sleep elseware, the bungalow is a secure base for my belongings and I'm there daily- ish, so , I have to be picky.
