Double room, Boughton

30/M, working professional here, I took a hiatus from my career to travel and have now returned to the UK continuing my profesison, relocating from York and work here in Chester as an Architectural designer.

I've been thinking of letting out my spare room in Marian Drive, Boughton.

I see letting out the room as a way to introduce me to more social circles, thus looking for a sociable working professional (will consider PHD students) as Im yet to build up my own social networks outside of the work enviroment.

I'm the worlds worse cook, any foodies that can introduce me to a new passion and way of cooking beyond dry CoCo Pops would be welcomed. I would also be happy to have a gym buddy.

Other interests include: Cinema, swimming, tennis. Signed up for a 'learning a new language course' starting in Sep. Weekend lie-ins and a guilty Judge Judy binge watcher.

It's a nice house: (3 bed, 1 Bath, 1 occupant) at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Room is double and will be furnished (unfurnished pictures per current state, but I'm in the process of decorating and getting furniture*) Driveway Parking available.

Would prefer to rent the room 'bills included' for simplicity... and am happy not having any fixed term contract.

Prefer a non smoker please, Cat (singular) accepted on the basis that it remains your sole responsability to look/clean after it.

Rent negotiable, depostit non negotiable.

Available from early Sep due to the fact I have a mate round for the August Bank Hol.
