I have 1 LARGE double room and 1 SMALL double room available from 20th July 2023. It is for professional tenants only (no students or couples). It is an 8 bedroom property.

I want tenants who are looking for a quiet house where they can relax in peace after work. But still have fun!

All bedrooms have a double bed their size reflects the price quoted. They all come furnished with a wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair (can be altered to suit your needs).

There is BT Fibre broadband with a large living room and modern kitchen including 2 sinks, dishwasher and american style fridge freezer. There are two bathrooms/toilets.

There is also off road parking for 1-2 cars.

I also pay for a cleaner to clean communal areas.

All bills included (electricity, gas, water, broadband, TV licence & Council Tax).

It takes around 15-20 mins to walk to Chester train station, 10 mins to the city centre and 2 mins to the University.

There are no agent's fees to pay.

I am professional landlord with multiple properties and I manage them myself to ensure communication and standards are kept at a high level.
