Mon to Fri single bed in double room in tidy house

MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY

Hi

This is an advert for a single bed in a fully-furnished, good-sized double room in a tidy house in Huntington. The room has a desk.

Mon to Fri only. Strictly no early, late or night shifts please. No working from home. No couples.

Would suit a professional who has a life elsewhere and perhaps just works in Chester during the week.

I am looking for somebody quiet, respectful, clean and tidy please.

The house as a whole is tidy and I have a nice garden. You can park on my road fairly easily. The kitchen is a good size and I have a lounge and dining room.

I am the owner, and I have another lodger. He is nice. I work from home most days, hence wanting the house to be empty during the days and on the weekends.

*Small print...
You would have to be out of the house during the day doing fairly normal hours. No working from home and no night shifts please. As per normal Mon-Fri rules, you would arrive Mon and leave Fri morning.
