Double room in Chester for professional lady

I'm looking for a friendly, non-smoking female to join me in my house, who will respect the house and treat it like a home :)

The room is fully furnished with double bed, fitted wardrobes, desk and 2 x chests of drawers, and rent includes all bills, including WiFi throughout. Bedding not included.

There is a nice garden and patio, the downstairs area is quite big and homely, with large shared kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, 2 big fridge/freezers and lots of storage), shared living room and dining room, and there is good wifi. There is a bathroom upstairs and an extra toilet downstairs. I have an ensuite in my room, so mostly you will have the other bathroom to yourself, but I may use it occasionally eg for baths or when I have family staying.

The house is in a nice area of Chester, with an easy walk to both the city centre (16 minutes), and retail park (8 minutes). The road is quiet, and there is space on the driveway to park. There is a bus stop at the end of the road if needed.

Cleaner for shared areas every other week.
