There is a large shared kitchen (Dining table, washing machine, tumble drier, 2 cookers, 2 fridge/freezers), lounge (with 2 sofas and a tv) and a large outside courtyard garden. Shared use of 2 shower rooms / toilets.
It is in a superb central location with short walks to Chester rail station (2 minutes), Chester city centre (5 minutes) and Chester bus station (5 minutes).
Residents parking may be available at £5/month otherwise free parking after 6pm and Sundays only.
Rents include ALL BILLS and superfast full fibre 500GB broadband from Zen.

Security deposit is one month's rent and will be deposited with the Deposit Protection Scheme.
