I have just finished redecorating this box room, ready for a new lodger.
As you can see, the room is small, but has a large window and pleasant atmosphere.
The bed is a standard single. The photos make it look like a small single. It isn't.
Due to the small size of the room, and the Mon to Fri lodgings, this room is suitable for someone who has a home elsewhere and just needs a place to stay midweek in Chester and isn't in that much.
Not suitable for people who work from home, nor for night shift workers.
The rest of the house is pretty standard, with a good sized kitchen, living room, dining room, garden and gas BBQ. All available for use.
Bills and council tax included.
Parking is easy on this road.
