Tudor Place- Ensuite Room-Tenancy Takeover Chester

Hi, I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Tudor Place, Chester.

The room is a modern ensuite with a private bathroom, a comfortable bed, study desk and plenty of storage. The flat has a shared kitchen area.

The accommodation offers excellent facilities including a gym, cinema room, study spaces and social areas, with 24/7 security and reception.

The location is very convenient, close to the University of Chester and within easy reach of the city centre.

The room is available from 5 June until 25 July.

Rent is £189 per week and all bills are included, including internet.

A £100 holding fee is required, which will be deducted from the first rental payment.

There is also an option to extend the stay until 4th September (subject to availability).

This is a tenancy takeover, so the new tenant must be a student. The tenancy and payments will be handled directly by the accommodation.
