Hi, I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Tudor Place, Chester.
The room is a modern ensuite with a private bathroom, a comfortable ¾ double bed, study desk and plenty of storage space. The flat also has a shared kitchen area, suitable for socialising.

Available from 5 June until 25 July.
Rent is £170 per week and all bills are included, including Wi-Fi.
A £100 holding fee is required (this will be deducted from the first rental payment).
There is also an option to extend the stay until 4th September (subject to availability).
This is a tenancy takeover, so the new tenant must be a student. The tenancy agreement and payments will be handled directly by the accommodation team.
