This is a beautiful, spacious semi-detached 3-storey house in Saltney Ferry with a unique, incredibly quiet living dynamic.

Only an 8 minute drive to the centre of Chester, 5 mins to the A55 and the benefit of being on 3 major bus routes.

About the Household:
This is a relaxed, friendly, and mature female household. You will be sharing with the live-in landlord and one other long-term tenant, both of whom are females over 40. We enjoy our own space but appreciate a warm, respectful friendly atmosphere.

The Layout & Privacy:
You will only be sharing the main house and your bathroom with one other person (the live-in landlord). The other female tenant lives entirely on the top floor with her own private bathroom and only uses the kitchen, meaning you effectively have the vast communal living spaces and the main bathroom largely to yourself!

Crucial Info for Dog Lovers:
I have five friendly, adorable Chihuahuas who are very much a part of the household. Because of this, it is absolutely essential that you are a genuine dog lover who enjoys having small dogs around the home! They are not permitted upstairs. There are also 2 rabbits outside.

• Spacious double bedroom with a large fitted wardrobe. Furnished with a comfortable single bed (happy to swap for a double), a tallboy unit and a bedside drawer. Bright, airy, and well-maintained.
