The room is semi furnished with drawers and a wardrobe (no bed unlike photos). You'll share the kitchen, living room, dining room and backyard (all part furnished too). The house is situated on a quiet residential street with plenty of on street parking.

The local area has vibrant pubs, restaurants, and bakeries/cafes all within a 5 min walk and is only a 12 minute walk from Chester Station and 25 minute walk from the city centre
