Looking for flatmate for my 2 bed, £525 apartment

I am a professional working at pharmaceutical company looking for a replacement for my previous flatmate. It is a part-furnished 2 bed house with the available room having a mattress (no bed frame), desk, set of drawers and a place to hang your clothes. Additionally, I am going to get furniture for the living room and a kettle and microwave for the kitchen before november.

I get up quite early for work, generally around 7am so I dont want someone who will keep me up at night. I just want a peaceful and considerate flatmate that doesn't give me any hassle. I am very tidy so want someone similar.

I am extremely allergic to biological washing powder and fabric softeners which means living with me means you cannot use them in the washing machine. This is something you will need to agree to and stick to.

£525 - Rent (w/o bills) per person - I generally spend around £60 on bills (probably cheaper pp with two people).
Available from 7th November, you will be responsible for paying your part of the rent and bills.

Modern washing machine and oven and good hob and shower, entire house is electric. Situated ~15mins from the train station and ~10mins from Aldi.
