I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over a double room in a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment at The Quarter on Egerton Street. You’ll get your own bedroom and a private bathroom just for you.
The flat has a nice open kitchen and living area, and the landlord is totally fine with us doing a tenant swap. Location-wise, it’s practically right next to Chester Train Station and a super quick walk into town.
A bit about me: I'm currently working here in Chester. I’m easygoing, clean up after myself, and like to keep the place looking nice. I totally respect personal space and down-time! Looking for someone reliable with rent, tidy, and generally chilled out (friendly).
