Close to the city centre, hospital, university and public transport links. Quiet, modern house which is kept clean and tidy. Bible-believing Christian household.

Dedicated parking on the property directly in front of the house. (It’s not on the street.)

I do all the cleaning, servicing the rooms every day. Fresh bedding and towels fortnightly. I do everything. It’s like a hotel.

Laundry service is £10 per load (washed, dried and folded).
If you prefer to use a commercial launderette in Chester it's the same price but less convenient. These are your only two laundry options here; no self service.

Both bedrooms have brand new excellent quality, deep, firm Sealy mattresses, new divans, decent pillows, new bedding and solid oak furniture.

Not suitable for those who wish to spend most of their time in the house. I'm only interested in accommodating people who go out to work. No night shift workers who want to sleep all day in the house.

The person who requires accommodation must communicate with me directly rather than through an agent acting on their behalf. I need to deal directly with the person who needs the room, rather than their employer, spouse, partner or parent.

Security deposit is one week’s rent ie. £140.

Council tax obviously included in rent.

Superfast broadband at the property.
NO TV signal. No TV set.

No smokers. No smoking anywhere in the vicinity of the property. No alcohol on the property. Don’t come back to the house drunk either. No inviting guests for sleepovers. No couples of any sort.
