I am a very easy going live in landlord. A work from home mixed media creative, a well read, well travelled, amiable person . My home is a very relaxed lived in household, clean but not fussy, ie it is not a hotel and I have stuff!
I am looking for a professional person, clean, tidy, mature ( that's attitude, not age ) who is looking for a Sunday night to Friday morning rental in a clean, quite, private furnished room with TV which is yours and will not be used at weekends.
I have all mod cons, WiFi, a small garden and a cleaner. I live in a quiet street off the main road and a 5-minute walk to a new leisure centre with gym and pool etc. which is next to our very well kept park with the river Dane flowing alongside.
The town centre is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive, as is the local train station. Macclesfield is an approx. 30 minute drive away with Manchester centre an approx 50 minute drive.
