We are local, professional landlords who take pride in our repeat-tenants, health and safety; so the whole house is fitted with the latest safety equipment including wired smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire doors (which are also soundproofed). We try to look after you well by ensuring a personal service and fast response to any query or problem.

What about the kitchen?

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker and hob, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer and we also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board.

Not to mention, the breakfast bar, which opens out to the garden area. There’s also a bike rack in the lockable outbuilding for those who cycle.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to move in and live, so we also provide pots, pans and cooking utensils and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! Although we also provide a regular cleaner for all communal areas.

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?

We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, just £150 which is refunded upon check out as long as everything OK with room and up to date with rent.

Do you accept DSS tenants?

No, we only accept people who are working professionals or on internships for our properties. References and background checks will be required on application.

Do you accept pets?

Although we love pets, we do not allow pets to live here. So you'll have to find another home for your pooch or moggy while you live in one of our houses.
