Freshly painted royal blue. Spacious, Clean, tidy and peaceful house in Crewe (near Bentley Motors and Queens Park) 5 minutes wal; k from town centre

All bills are included in the rental price including superfast broadband, utility bills, council tax. gas is shared over the wonter months (usually adding around 50 per month)

Bedside table
Small desk
Chest of drawers
Blackout blinds / Bamboo blinds (your choice)
Anti-allergy duvet and new bedding
TV aerial connection point
TONS of storage space in the spare room right next to this double room

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large gas cooker and hob, a fridge/freezer and microwave oven. In addition there is also a washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. I always want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so I also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for everyone (maximum of 3) in the house.

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
I prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 3 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances i will consider shorter lets. Just ask! :)

Do you pay a deposit?
Yes, just £200 which is refunded upon check out as long as everything is OK with room and up to date with rent. Don'tworry about breaking the odd cup occasioanally it won't come out of your deposit
