A spacious double + single room available in a friendly home, located just a 5 minute drive to padgate station or 12 minute drive to Warrington bank quay which offers a h( Direct train to Liverpool /Manchester Piccadilly/airport!) and close to a shopping centre, making it convenient for transport, groceries, and everyday essentials.

Although the property is not fully furnished. There will be essentials such as microwave, cooker, fridge . But I will be gradually adding essentials.

The property is semi-unfurnished at the moment and will gradually have more furniture added!

There is also off-road parking available.

I’m looking for a quiet, clean, friendly, and considerate housemate who respects shared spaces and helps keep the home a pleasant place to live.

I’m open to renting to couples; however, please note that the rent will differ for couple occupancy due to increased usage and household costs.
