Nice bedroom with great views in clean house

The bedroom is a lovely room that has recently been renovated and had hardly any use. It has great views over the countryside. The house is located in a quiet area but within walking distance of Frodsham town centre with many restaurants, pubs, bars, cafes and shops. The train station is also within walking distance with trains to Chester, Liverpool, and Manchester.
Female preferred as other housemate is female.
There is a cat that lives in the home so must like animals.
I would like it if the housemate likes to live in a clean environment as I do and the bathroom and kitchen will be shared.
There will be a room for the housemate to relax in also with a TV and Sky and they would have this on their own a majority of the time but there will occasions where I will be in there also such as meal times.
There are lots of nice walks in the area too with Delamere Forest just over 5 miles away.
