Double room w/ en-suite, detached house, quiet

3 bed detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac, own driveway, shared lounge, I’ve just completed a kitchen/dining/lounge extension which is a large shared open space with bifolds that open out on to the back garden where there is garden furniture. You’d have your own en-suite with shower, your bedroom has a king bed and is furnished with TV, and drawers, with access to a wardrobe in a 3rd bedroom.

I have a small Westie (dog) who is no trouble at all, but does have free roam of the house- it is a MUST that you like dogs.

I’m a 35 year old professional who will be home during the days, but I will be sleeping in an ‘annex’ so it won’t feel overcrowded. The other lodger is a lovely 69 year old gentleman who has a sporadic working pattern, but is very quiet.

I have a fortnightly cleaner which is included in the cost.

No couples or smokers please.
