The large dual aspect room overlooking the garden on both sides, has a full bedroom suite with double bed as well as a sitting area with two-seater settee and coffee table, TV, a desk/table & chair, and display/book shelves. Light-coloured curtains on both windows have blackout linings. The room has enough space and facilities to be comfortable if you want some quiet time to relax by yourself, or socialise in any of the shared rooms as you choose.

This larger than average and quiet house is shared with two others. There is high speed WIFI throughout. There are two bathrooms and three toilets. The communal rooms are dining room, separate lounge, separate kitchen and also an additional utility/laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier and drying lines. The kitchen, where you have your own cupboards (not shared), is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave/airfryer and two full size fridge freezers.

Household BILLS and a cleaner for communal areas are all included. If you wish, you can also arrange for your own laundry, ironing, bed linen changes and cleaning to be done for you at an extra cost.
LOCATION Wilmslow centre is 5 minutes away, Manchester airport is 10 minutes (but we are not beneath a flight path), Stockport is 10 minutes by train or 20 minutes by car and Manchester centre is 25 minutes, either by car or train. Wythenshawe and Macclesfield hospitals are 20 minutes drive. Stanley Green, Brooke Park, Wilmslow Manor care home, Handforth Dean and Deanway are each about a 10 minutes walk.
Conveniently situated for transport links and for excellent shopping, sporting and recreational facilities including the large Total Fitness flagship gym in Britain and centre for many sports and fitness related facilities as well as extensive indoor areas devoted to running, gym equipment and water based activities (5 pools) as well as swimming and classes/coaching.
