Housemate to share with me & my dog in a 4 bed

House

Hi, I’m Sophie, 38, working full time near Altrincham.

I have a spacious 4 bedroom house with private parking and a lovely garden surrounded by trees, just a few minutes from Knutsford and close to the Altrincham by pass.

The following is included in the rent: council tax, WiFi and a cleaner (who comes once a month). Water and gas/electric are separate and split between housemates.

Rent is £765 per month total, which covers rent, council tax, WiFi and the cleaner.

The spare room currently has wardrobes only, but I’m happy to add drawers, a bed and a bedside table if that would help you settle in.

One KEY POINT is that I have a gorgeous 11 year old cavapoo called Charlie, so you’ll need to be dog friendly.

I’m looking for a female, non smoker, ideally a professional who is tidy and likes their own space, but also happy to socialise, go for dinner or drinks occasionally, or get stuck into a good series together. I have a superb relationship with the landlord and they’re perfectly aware of my plans.
