Quiet house, short walk from Knutsford

I've been welcoming lodgers into my home for over 17 years, with more than 15 people having lived here during that time, all without any issues. I've always found that a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and a bit of mutual respect make for a great house share.

The house is well established as a shared home, with a practical layout that works well for lodgers. It's a comfortable, easy-going place, ideal for someone who works full-time and wants somewhere quiet and convenient to come home to.

Location is a real plus, with Knutsford town centre just a short walk away, giving easy access to its shops, pubs, restaurants and transport links.

There's off-road parking available on a first-come, first-served basis, and I'm more than happy to provide any additional furniture needed to make the room comfortable.

I'm fairly laid-back and believe everyone should feel at home, have their own space and be able to get on with their day-to-day lives without unnecessary hassle. I'm looking for someone considerate, independent and easy to get along with who appreciates a tidy, relaxed household.
