A comfortable single room is available now in my welcoming, peaceful home. As it’s a small single room, it would be best suited to someone who works away from home during the week.

The house has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. There is a cosy lounge that is perfect for unwinding and is rarely used by anyone else. I spend most of my time in the conservatory with my tropical fish and my little Chihuahua, so you’ll have plenty of your own space.

I’m very easy to get along with and like to think my home is warm, friendly and welcoming. I would also consider a short-term let for the right person.

The location is excellent, with the town centre within walking distance and Birchwood and the motorway links less than 3 miles away. Off-road parking is available if required.

The room overlooks the river, giving you a lovely, tranquil view from your window. The garden is also a beautiful place to sit and relax, and I’m happy for you to have visitors.

* Smart TV in your room with access to Prime Video and selected premium channels.
* Use of the washing machine.
* Your own space in the fridge and kitchen cupboards.
* Full use of the kitchen, including pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
* Most household essentials provided (you’ll just need your own toiletries).
* Bedding supplied, with regular washing and changes at no extra cost.

Looking for someone who is:

* In full-time employment.
* A non-smoker (vaping is absolutely fine).
* Working daytime hours (not night shifts).
