Two large rooms on the first floor of the property, self contained with own separate kitchen and bathroom. At the moment they are laid out as a large living room and double bedroom. Ideally, it would suit a professional non smoking person or both rooms could become bedrooms for two single people. (other furniture available. photos don't show the new furniture - it's occupied at the moment. Will post new photos soon.

The kitchen is well fitted out with a new cooker, microwave, toaster, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer and table and chairs. Also a very large cupboard for extra storage.

The bathroom is modern with an electric shower over the bath.

All rooms are very clean and recently decorated. Bathroom and larger bedroom being decorated this weekend. The larger of the bedrooms (the one with the sofa) has a new carpet. The other room had a new carpet 18 months ago and the stairs too.

The first floor has its own private access at the front of the house.

It is a quiet house with a lovely garden, and some secluded seating.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac which is in a sought after area of Chester. Littleton has good access to Chester and local shops.

All bills included - except you must pay for electricity used. Excellent WiFi.
